How do we achieve this?

Through working with diverse community groups to help implement a cultural change and encourage the provision of resources and community projects

We need to make it easier for people to make healthier choices making the choice the easy choice. This cannot be achieved without you the community.

The evidence clearly shows that health promotion programmes are most effective when they involve you the community at all stages from strategy development to project delivery.

We believe working with local people, as volunteers and paid workers, will be important part of developing our strategy.

If you would like to join us on our health steering group and have your say or ideas what you think might work in your community then please come along. The meetings are very informal contact me on the following details for dates and times:-
